About August
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! August is a charming, two-year-old male who might be a pointer or dalmatian mix, judging by his distinctive spots. Although once listed as a shepherd mix, his unique markings set him apart. August is friendly and gentle, a bit shy in true rescue fashion, but lights up when he sees familiar faces. At approximately 65 lbs, he falls on the larger side and loves to romp and play with his canine companion, Savannah. Their playful energy shines through, bringing joy to anyone nearby. August is working on his leash manners and would benefit from an owner willing to continue his training and provide him with regular walks. Given his size and playful nature, August is best suited for a home with experienced dog owners and without young children. He is already neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, making him ready to start his new life with a loving family as soon as they come along. We know his perfect match is out there just waiting to discover him. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
