Boyd was a big dog in a crowded animal shelter when we learned that he was stuck in a kennel too small for him to fully lay down. A kind person offered to foster and soon Boyd was able to stretch out. He is a world class couch snuggler, but he is also a young dog with long legs to stretch and energy to burn. He would be an excellent hiking or running companion. He is happiest with his human by his side. Boyd shares his foster home with a female dog. He gets along, but is more interested in people than dogs. He hasn't been around cats. Boyd's shelter paperwork says he is 2. His behavior suggests he is closer to 1. He weighs 99 pounds and is neutered and current on vaccinations. He is also microchipped. He is house trained and knows how to use a dog door. Boyd is currently with his foster family in Vancouver.
