Hulk was pulled from a small town Texas kill shelter. Little pug mix lowrider who is cute and seems to have some neurological issues although slight. He gets bloodwork and neuter on 2/14. He loves food and snacks and is a curious little guy. Approval process applies and adopter must pick up
