About Harrison

Harrison is a 14-week-old Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix with a calm and perceptive nature. He watches and observes before jumping in, preferring gentle engagement paired with playful romps alongside other dogs. Rescued at just a few weeks old from under a vacant building in Texas, Harrison has grown up in foster care where he’s learned the ins and outs of family life. He’s spent time with dogs, cats, and children, showing adaptability and an even temperament in all settings. Right now, Harrison is making progress with crate training, house training, and leash skills. He’ll need continued encouragement and steady guidance as he settles into adulthood. Harrison sports a sable and tan coat with a darker facial mask, a bright white chest, and a gentle, expressive face. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and vet-cleared for adoption. Harrison is located in Amarillo, TX and is available for adoption to many East Coast and southern states. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
