About Kenzie
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Introducing Kenzie! This sweet 1-year-old spayed female, weighing about 45lbs, is eagerly waiting to capture your heart—and prime cuddle real estate! Currently thriving in a loving foster home, Kenzie is blossoming into a truly special companion. Kenzie may be a bit skittish at first, but once she gains your trust, she transforms into a major cuddle enthusiast—provided you keep those pets coming! She’s completely crate and potty trained, though she can feel a little anxious when left alone. With a bit of gentle reassurance, she quickly calms down. Kenzie shares a strong bond with her best friend Katie, and they’d be over the moon to find a forever home together. While Katie is more laid-back at home, Kenzie is the explorer—always ready for walks, playtime, and adventures. Both are playful with other dogs, although feline friends may not be a good fit. Kenzie would thrive in a patient and calm household with older or mellow children. She’s smart, active, and affectionate, but will need gentle guidance to build her confidence in new situations. While she can be selective about enrichment toys, attention from her favorite person is always a win! If you’re in search of a loving, devoted duo to join your family and grow alongside you, Kenzie (and Katie!) can’t wait to meet you. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
