About Sunny
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Sunny, a resilient and charming pit bull terrier whoβs ready for a loving new chapter after a whirlwind rescue story. Having been bravely saved by a compassionate police officer and finding solace with a kind family in a park, Sunny faced hardship and motherhood before finally receiving the care she deserved. This short-statured, medium-sized girl weighs around 45 pounds and is both house-trained and crate-trained, making her adjustment into home life seamless. She excels on leash walks with a gentle touch and adores children, making her a wonderful companion for families with kids. Sunny is at her best as the only pet in the home and can be selective about canine friends. She shines brightest in an all-female household, with or without children, and requires a little time and extra treats to warm up to men. Her preference is a calm, loving environment where she can give and receive all the affection she has to offer.
