It’s hard to believe Joel was found fending for himself on the streets, as he is a big sweetie!! Don’t let his grumpy face fool you. Joel was found crying for help, limping on one of his legs during the freezing cold weather. Luckily, we were able to help Joel and get him inside where his leg has healed and he is now neutered and ready to find a home! Joel is VERY sweet, VERY talkative, and he is good with other cats.
