About Chance The Survivor

Chance is a 12-year-old American Bulldog with an easygoing temperament and a low-maintenance lifestyle. He's housebroken, walks well on a leash, and has no destructive habits, food aggression, or tendency to bark. He gets along well with kids, adults, and other dogs, making him a great companion for most families. When not curled up for a nap, Chance enjoys short walks, playing with his sniffmat, or savoring a frozen Kong. His years have given him some arthritis and a slower pace, but he's still up for car rides and yardside sprints—he just needs a helping hand up sometimes. Chance survived tough times, including Hurricane Ida and recovery from cancer and heartworm. Now he needs a home that will let him rest, play, and soak up all the affection he wants. If you’re ready to give Chance the retirement he has earned, he’s waiting for you. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
