Bru is an affectionate LARGE boy who came to the shelter when his family could no longer care for him. He is a friendly soul who is looking for a new home with whom he could share his love. Bru has many endearing traits. When asked, he proudly presents his paw, will sit, lie down, and roll over. His favorite activity in the yard is playing fetch with a tennis ball, and his leash skills are excellent. He leans in for petting and can be protective of his family, thus making him an excellent guard dog. His owner claimed that he is crate trained, loves car rides, but is not a fan of vet work. Bru also was around a number of grand children but preferred the company of the older ones. He will need a slow introduction to larger dogs but would happily live in a world without cats. Bru would thrive in a home that appreciate his quirkiness and allow him to give his love freely. This boy definitely deserves a second chance on life. The shelter has an appointment only policy.
