About Jossie
Jossie is an 11½-year-old cat looking for a steady home after being surrendered to the rescue with her littermates when her former family decided not to keep them. She spent her early life in a garage but has always been social, and had regular interaction with people—including playtime with an 8-year-old child. Jossie loves playing with toys, chasing strings, or exploring boxes—she can turn almost anything into a game. She hasn't lived with dogs before. In 2017, Jossie was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that affects her stomach, which leads to chronic vomiting. Her care includes a diet with fish as the primary protein and regular B-12 injections since her body can't absorb the vitamin. This routine has kept her at a healthy weight and she’s doing well. She is spayed, current on her vaccinations, microchipped, and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. Her adoption fee is already covered. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
