This big guy had a tough start, being found tied to the rescue's front door overnight, but when he was welcomed inside, he immediately showed gratitude and gentle affection. He's adjusted quickly, showing just how much he enjoys being cared for and loved. A large and intelligent Shar-Pei mix, Hot Shot impresses everyone with his smarts. He seems to know the routine perfectly, waiting until it's time to go outside each morning and heading out to the playyards without even needing a leash. While he's not officially housebroken, he always keeps his sleeping area clean, hinting at how quickly he’ll pick up new habits in a caring home. Weighing about 75 pounds, Hot Shot is a big boy with a big heart. He might be a little overweight due to the hot summer, but once the weather cools, he’ll be ready for more activity and adventure.
