Scarlett is a terrier mix who is around 3 years old. She is a vocal and high energy dog who loves to play. She is good with both people and dogs when introduced properly. It will take her a short amount of time to warm up to humans, but when she does, she’ll be your best friend! Scarlet was rescued in 2023 after being starved, tied up and left for dead.
