Voltfun Boy! is a young, large mixed-breed Catahoula Leopard Dog and Husky with a medium-length coat. He’s neutered, vaccinated, and fully house trained. Currently living in Seymour, CT, Volt possesses some vision but navigates life well. He has special needs due to his previous history of seizures, but he’s stable on his current medication.

About Voltfun Boy!

Voltfun Boy! is currently fostered in North Carolina and shows some limited vision. He’s fully house trained and has excellent recall, letting you know when he needs to go out. At night, he becomes a real cuddler, but during the day, he’s full of energy, racing around like he’s got lightning in his paws. Carrots are his favorite treat—he’ll go to great lengths for them, except lying down, which he isn’t convinced is worth it. Volt plays gently with smaller dogs and goes all-in with bigger buddies, easily adapting his play style. He’s learned basic commands like sit and thrives on gentle structure. Volt had a period of seizures believed to be caused by medication, but he’s been stable for three months and is still on his current treatment plan. He’s noted to get along with other dogs, cats, and children. Electrical fencing isn’t recommended for him. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
