About Gretta

Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Gretta is a fabulous 4-year-old black-and-white Great Dane with brains, beauty, and a big goofy heart! This girl is house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and knows an impressive list of commands—sit, stay, come, lay down, place, and even look at me. She loves soft squeaky toys, ropes, and chew bones, and she adores being with her people most of all. Gretta has been kept outside part-time, which makes her anxious and lonely, but in a loving indoor home she'll absolutely blossom. She's good with dogs and mellow cats, though she'd prefer a kid-free home. She'll bark to alert and may dig or chew if she's bored, but with attention, enrichment, and companionship, she turns into a total sweetheart. Gretta deserves comfort, stability, and a family that sees what a wonderful, loving girl she really is. Ready for a loyal, fun, deeply affectionate companion? Gretta is waiting to steal your heart!
