About Charlie
Charlie is a clever, handsome hound who will keep you on your toes and put a smile on your face. He’s excellent with other dogs but can be pushy, so experienced leadership is a must. He doesn’t get along with cats or young kids and does best in an adult-only home with structure and consistency. Charlie thrives on training and loves mental challenges—he knows several commands and will gladly show off his tricks for you. A loyal and protective companion, Charlie prefers a quieter household with minimal visitors, and he may be wary of strangers at first. Once you gain his trust, he’ll stick by your side for life. He’s potty trained, kennel trained, and comfortable free-roaming in the right environment. Charlie is continuing his impulse-control training at Family Dog Training and Behavioral Center, ready to flourish with someone who values routine and patience. He’ll need a secure 6’ fence to stay safe during playtime. Born under the sign of Aries, Charlie embodies that spirited energy in everything he does. If you’re up for a rewarding challenge, he could be your perfect match. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
