About Griffin

Griffin is a laid-back, intelligent companion, perfect if you want a relaxed but affectionate dog in your life. He brings a goofy charm with his trademark “sploot” greeting, often flopping out his back legs to say hello when he’s happy. Griffin’s playful side comes out when there’s a stick or toy to chase, but he’s never rough—he’ll go easy during tug-of-war just to draw out the fun. Once he’s had about 15 minutes of play, Griffin is all about curling up on the couch for a snuggle. He enjoys short to medium walks and handles himself well on a leash, though squirrels and rabbits may get him a little excited. Potty trained and kennel-savvy, Griffin has an impeccable record with no accidents, trash raids, or counter surfing. He’s used to being kenneled during storms and appreciates a calm, predictable environment, especially when the weather gets rough. Griffin prefers a home where he’s the only furry family member. Although he gets along well with older children, he does not do well with other dogs or cats. If you’re ready to make him your sole pet and offer plenty of calm and affection, Griffin is waiting to meet you. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
