Meet Mac - a professional biscuit maker who is currently looking for a home where he can be your private chef! Mac is a silver-smoke tabby with golden eyes that practically glow when he's mid-air. This boy is a certified athlete—watch him leap, twist, and somersault through the air chasing his beloved butterfly wand. He’s shy at first, but once he trusts you, he’s a total snugglebug who insists on burrowing under blankets like a tiny, purring burrito. If you're a "cozy at bedtime" kind of person, Mac is your guy. Mac is 2-years-old, neutered, up to date on his shots, and ready to settle into a calm, loving home. He has blossomed in foster care, and now he's ready for a forever family who will let him shine—preferably one with patience, understanding, and a healthy supply of squeeze-up treats (he asked us to emphasize that part). Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
