About Rosemary
Rosemary is a 24-pound, about 6-month-old Australian Cattle Dog mix hailing from Georgia. She’s a happy, curious, and sometimes headstrong pup who relishes time with her foster family and charms with her playful spirit and love for toys—especially those with squeakers or stuffing. Her puppy energy means you’ll find her getting into a little mischief here and there, but with some patience and a sense of humor, she’ll quickly become a delightful companion. Rosemary is making great progress with house training and has been accident-free for about a week. She enjoys her crate and settles there quietly through the night and for naps during the day. While she’s still learning the ropes on leash walks—sometimes turning them into a fun tug-of-war if her route isn’t followed—her enthusiasm rarely fades. While she barks when meeting new dogs, it’s excitement; she simply loves to play. After romping around, she’s content to stretch out in the grass and observe the neighborhood, gradually warming up to end-of-day snuggles and belly rubs. Rosemary is microchipped and current on vaccinations and preventative care. Now fostered in Jessup, MD, she’s searching for her forever home in Hempstead, NY. Ready to meet your new best friend?
