About Kukui
Kukui is a survivor and a sweetheart. Born to a feral mother and rescued at just three weeks, she overcame two severe viral infections before even reaching eight weeks. Her glossy black fur is as soft as it looks, and she's the kind of kitten who always wants to be where the people are—on your lap, shoulder, or tucked in close by your side. Kukui’s curiosity keeps her busy, and her intelligence is clear: she was the first in her litter to figure out how to escape a zipped playpen at four weeks. She craves companionship, gets along with most other cats and kittens, and would do best in a home with at least one feline friend—ideally her siblings Kahlua, Kepi, or Koah. Kukui has had all her medical care completed, including being spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Ready for a new start in Los Angeles, CA, she’s looking for a family who appreciates a cat with heart and energy. Start your journey together! Apply now.
