About Lily
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Lily is a special lady seeking a quiet home where she can bask in affection and enjoy a stress-free life. FIV+ and paralyzed after a traumatic accident with a horse, Lily is resilient and independent, and while she moves with a signature waddle, she’s still full of spirit. She loves chin scratches, a good brushing, and will reward you with dog-like licks and her expressive voice when she wants attention. Lily is not dog friendly, though she tolerates other cats, and she’ll thrive best in a calm environment without dogs around. Despite her disability, Lily uses her litter box diligently and is even able to jump and run. She’ll come with her own set of pet stairs, food and water bowls, a starter supply of her current food, and her familiar litterbox to help her transition. Lily, currently living with her family as a courtesy listing, is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, and estimated to be about 8 years old. The family is based in Cincinnati but willing to travel to help Lily find her new home, and they’d like to meet potential adopters and see the home to ensure it’s a perfect fit for Lily’s needs. A small rehoming fee applies to ensure a serious commitment. If you’re ready to welcome this steadfast, loving cat, Lily has plenty of love to give! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
