About Sunrise
Meet Sunrise, the miracle cat! His journey began under tough circumstances; he was discovered weak, unable to walk, and weighing barely 3 pounds. Diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) at just 7 months, Sunrise faced a significant challenge. FIP is a common virus but can be serious if it flares up in stressed felines. Fortunately, after a rigorous 12-week treatment plan, Sunrise has been cleared by the vet and is now a happy, healthy boy. He’ll require ongoing vet checkups to maintain that wellness. Sunrise is a bit of a velcro cat. Initially shy, he blossoms into a loving companion once he feels comfortable. He comes with a cushioned Christmas cat house, which he cherishes. Playful and affectionate, he enjoys interactive play, often flopping onto your hand when you pet him. At around a year old, Sunrise now weighs a little over 9 pounds and gets along well with other cats, though he’s unsure about dogs. This sweet boy would thrive in a quiet home where he can build trust at his own pace. Ready to give him the loving home he deserves? Click apply to start the adoption process.
