__________ Bali Needs a Foster or Adopter by March 21 to Secure Her Ride to Wisconsin Bali is currently in a foster home and is looking for a committed FOSTER or ADOPTER to guarantee her spot on the Saturday, March 21 transport to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue. Meet Bali Bali is a 3-month-old aussie/hound mix puppy who arrived as part of an unwanted litter of four. She is currently thriving in foster care, but she needs a dedicated home to ensure she can make her trip to Wisconsin and continue her journey toward a forever family. Bali is a bright, energetic, and affectionate little pup who loves attention and interaction. She is curious about the world around her and eager to explore, making every day an adventure. As a young puppy, she will need help learning the basics, including potty training, crate training, and household manners, but she’s at the perfect age to learn and bond with her new family. Bali would flourish in a home that can provide patience, consistency, and lots of love as she grows into a confident and happy adult dog. She’s playful, sweet, and ready to become a beloved member of her new family. Apply: Fill out an adoption application completely and submit all necessary documents. 2.) Application Decision: approved applicants will be notified via phone call and email. 3.) Foster-to-Adopt Trial Period: After approval, you have the opportunity to do a meet and greet and bring your dog home! You get a 5-day foster-to-adopt (FTA) period to make sure it's the right fit. 4.) Final Decision: By the end of the FTA period, please let us know your final decision to adopt or return the dog to our rescue. 5.) Home Visit: After the adoption process, we conduct a home visit either in person or via Zoom meeting to ensure that everything is going well with the transition and to answer any final questions you may have. 6.) Neuter/spay for puppies: for dogs who are not fixed at the time of adoption, we will reimburse for the procedure once we receive proof of spay/neuter. The procedure MUST be done at HAWS Snip Clinic in Waukesha, WI, or Wisconsin Community Veterinarian Center in Madison, WI. If you would like to go through your veterinarian or another location, we will reimburse $150 once we receive proof of the procedure. We recommend spay/neuter around 6 months old. **Note: Adoptions are not considered final until the dog is neutered/spayed if applicable**
