Meet Hazel, the enchanting 10+ year-old lady who is searching for a loving retirement home! 🌼💖 This delightful 17-pound sweetheart has overcome so much and is now ready to shine brighter than ever! Just a few weeks ago, she was pulled from a rural shelter in pretty rough shape. With lots of love and expert care from her fabulous foster home, Hazel has transformed into the cuddly companion we all adore! She fought a tough battle against a serious but treatable skin infection and a pesky cough. Thanks to her dedicated foster mom, those concerns are all but history! Hazel even had a toenail issue that has been resolved. Can you believe it? She’s now a 100% potty and crate-trained angel, who is absolutely chill around other dogs and new people. When her foster parents come home, she’ll greet them with the most adorable chirps—imagine a little birdie welcoming you home! 🐦❤️ Now, there are a couple of little love taps to consider. Hazel has a few questionable masses that are scheduled for removal soon. However, she is expected to heal beautifully and will soon be ready to live her golden years in a cozy home, whether it's an apartment or a big backyard! 🌳🌞 While we don’t know how she interacts with little ones, it might be best for her to be in a home with kids aged 12 and up, just to keep her stress levels low.
