Our volunteers say there is something truly special about Billy Joe. He calmly walked out of his kennel on a loose leash, stayed right by their side, and soaked up every bit of attention offered to him. In the run, he followed along gently for treats, showing off his handsome looks and easygoing nature. Billy Joe clearly loves people and gravitates toward anyone nearby for affection, and volunteers can already picture him as a cuddly, devoted companion once he gets the chance to feel safe and settled in a home.
