Renzo is a good boy who just needs a chance outside of the shelter. When first approached, he was quietly laying on his bed, calm and observant. He greeted politely, allowed easy leashing, and headed out for a walk. He pulled a bit at first, but only because he needed to go potty. Once he did, he settled right in. Outside, his personality started to shine... he showed playful, happy energy and clearly enjoyed being able to move around and explore. He did great during his temperament test with other dogs and seemed excited in a friendly, playful way. He even ran alongside a volunteer in the yard, just happy to be doing something and spending time with someone. Renzo likely has some pent-up energy from being confined, but underneath that is a friendly, social, fun-loving dog who would thrive in a home, especially one with another playful pup.
