Sophia is a charming 4-year-old Bichon Frise currently looking for her forever home in Hamburg, NY. This sweet girl weighs about 15 lbs and sports a lovely white coat. Since arriving at the rescue, she has quickly adjusted, enjoying her time outside and even rolling in the grass. She's a quiet companion who loves to snuggle up in your lap or rest at your feet and has been doing really well in her crate. While she’s pleased to be around other dogs, she would prefer not to be in a home with small children, as she doesn’t have a history with them. Sophia is house trained and has no separation anxiety. Although she is still working on her leash training, she is microchipped and has had her vaccinations updated. Unfortunately, she had an ear infection and a hernia that will be addressed when she is spayed on 12/23. However, she will be ready to go after her recovery.
