About Bronson
Bronson is a sweet boy who arrived as a stray. He has a thick mahogany coat, a heavy ruff that resembles a lion's mane, and deep, soulful eyes shining from a gentle, dark face. Currently, his coat is tangled, but with a good grooming, the richness beneath will shine through. Under the fluff, you’ll find a dog simply waiting for kindness. Discovered in a Walmart parking lot, Bronson came to Cobb Animal Services on October 30, 2026. Though we don't know how he ended up alone, a dedicated volunteer gave him his name and ensured he was in good hands. At 4 years old and 44 pounds, he’s a little on the thin side and needs some consistent care and meals to fill out properly. Bronson walks well on a leash, responds to commands, and stays quiet in his kennel, highlighting his gentle nature. He is heartworm positive, but if you’re in Georgia, Cobb Animal Services will cover the full cost of his treatment upon adoption. You’ll just need to return for his scheduled appointments and follow through with the prescribed medication at home. With proper care, heartworm-positive dogs can lead full, happy lives. Bronson is up to date on his vaccinations and will be neutered before going home. He deserves a soft bed, regular meals, and a person who appreciates his quiet demeanor. Come meet Bronson in kennel 109. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
