About The Count

The Count is a young male dog who is currently seeking a forever home. Though he’s a bit timid in the shelter, he shines outside of it. Recently, he enjoyed a lovely Halloween morning at Hellyer County Park, where he quickly warmed up to his walker after a few tasty treats. He rode calmly in the car and showed no fear towards cyclists or other animals, even geese and cats. This gentle and affectionate boy walks nicely on a leash, making outings a pleasant experience. While he might take a moment to warm up to new faces, treats work wonders in capturing his heart. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will form a strong bond with a little patience, The Count is ready to meet you. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
