About Clark
Clark is a sweet, loving boy who is searching for a new home due to circumstances outside his control. His previous family had to part with him because of severe allergies affecting a family member; he has been well-loved and is looking for that same affection again. Clark thrives on companionship, finding joy in simply being near his people. Whether you're relaxing on the couch, enjoying the outdoors, or having a cozy day at home, he’s happiest just by your side—even believing he’s a lap dog! He understands basic commands and behaves well overall. Clark enjoys outdoor activities and has made great strides in managing his anxiety with medication. He is unfazed by thunder and fireworks and has never displayed aggression towards people or other dogs. While he can get a bit excited around children, his kind nature shines through, and he settles down fairly quickly. Though he has not been around cats, he is friendly with dogs. A quieter home environment fits him best, as noisy settings can be overwhelming for him. Clark requires a loving, patient home where he feels safe and included. A secure, fenced yard is necessary since he has the ability to jump over lower fences. Supervision in outdoor spaces is recommended for his safety. This affectionate boy has a lot of love to offer and is ready to find a family that appreciates him. He deserves a forever home filled with warmth and kindness.
