Handsome is an altered male American Bully, approximately 1.5 years old and large at 70 pounds. He is crate trained and nearly fully house trained, making progress with very few accidents. While he has a playful spirit with a bit of a mischievous streak, with the right commitment and training, he will become a wonderful companion in Ocala, FL.

Foster Note: Meet Handsome! This approximately 1.5-year-old, 70-pound American Bully has captivating amber eyes and a vibrant personality. He’s a true Velcro dog who adores being close to his people and has formed a special bond with my teenager, often snuggling up at night. Handsome enjoys hikes, fetch, car rides, and playing with a flirt pole—he loves to be out and about with you. He takes treats gently and understands when it’s time to go out, often standing by the door to let you know. While he does well with other dogs and is generally submissive, his play can be a bit rough, so he may not be the best match for every canine companion. Handsome also takes his responsibilities seriously, particularly when it comes to chasing squirrels, so a home without cats or small animals would be ideal. He is crate trained, manages well for extended periods when needed, and shows a good tolerance for baths and vet visits. He is nearly fully house trained, needing just a bit of guidance. Although he’s still very much a large teenager, he’s a sweet, funny, adventurous dog with plenty to offer. With continued training, patience, and exercise, Handsome will be a true treasure.
