This sweet pup craves reassurance and needs a leader who can provide comfort and guidance to help her build confidence. When she feels nervous or scared, Nelly loves nothing more than to snuggle into your lap for safety. Her journey to becoming a happy dog is just starting, and she's eager to find a forever home that will support her growth.
