About Wrangler
Meet Wrangler! This charming one-year-old pup is a medium-sized shepherd mix, tipping the scales at around 40 pounds. Wrangler is incredibly loyal and thrives on companionship, making him the perfect little shadow for his future family. He enjoys walks, car rides, and has a penchant for looking out the window. Ear and neck scratches are his favorite, and when it comes to playtime, he can't resist a good game of tug-of-war or chewing on toys. His food motivation makes training a breeze, and while heβs on the slender side, heβs working on building muscle and putting on healthy weight. Wrangler is house-trained and has been making great strides with his potty training schedule. He loves playing with dogs that are his size but can be intimidated by more dominant pups. While he's friendly with cats, he tends to chase chickens, though he responds well to commands like βnoβ and βleave it.β This gentle boy may be a little timid around new people, but he warms up quickly in familiar surroundings. A fenced yard is essential for him, as he can get spooked by loud noises. Wrangler is good in his crate overnight, though he needs a bit of encouragement to go in initially. Heβs currently learning commands such as "sit" and "bedtime." Wrangler is fully vetted and ready for a loving forever home. He would thrive alongside a confident, playful dog and is eager to come out of his shell. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
