About Judge
Meet Judge! This handsome blue boy is a striking mix of Australian Shepherd and other breeds. Judge is a young male who weighs around 58 pounds, a bit heavier than ideal. However, thereโs a good reason for this weight. Upon arriving at Angels, he was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which is manageable with daily medication. This condition can cause weight gain, lethargy, and a dull coat, but once treated, the results are remarkable. Judge responds well to treatment, regaining his energy and vitality. Originally a stray, Judge was given a fresh start in a foster home, where he learned to navigate human environments and participate in training. While he takes a little time to trust new people, once he forms a bond, he's a loyal friend. Judge thrives in a quiet, calm home and would benefit from a confident, dog-friendly companion. Loud noises can be startling for him, so heโd do best in a home without children. He walks well on a leash and is very smart, indicating a strong potential for further training. A secure, physically fenced yard is essential, as it provides a safe space for him to relax and feel secure. Judge is truly an amazing dog, and with patience and understanding, he will reward your love tenfold. Judge will be ready for adoption soon, and applications are currently being accepted to find him his perfect forever home. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and letโs get started.
