Name: Sid Age: 1 Year Gender: Neutered Male Breed: Lab Mix Weight: 78.8Ibs Sid is ready to find his forever home, and we think you’re going to love this sweet boy! Sid recently got out for some one-on-one time, and he was an absolute gentleman. He was wonderful to handle, happily soaking up attention and rubbing against you to ask for more love.He knows how to sit and has such a sweet personality once you spend some time with him. While toys aren’t necessarily his biggest interest, he did enjoy chasing a tennis ball! He was happy to run after it but lost interest once the chase was over. Sid also enjoys a good play bow and was comfortable with us picking up toys from underneath him and taking treats, which was great to see. He was easy to handle throughout our session and went back into his kennel without any issues. Sid also recently joined our playgroup for the first time, and he did fantastic! He played respectfully with all of his new dog friends and showed us that he may have a wonderful social side with other dogs. We’ll continue working with him and plan to see how he does without his muzzle during a future playgroup session. Sid has been such a good boy, and we’re excited to keep learning more about him. If you’re looking for a sweet companion who enjoys affection, butt scratches, and making new friends, come meet Sid at the Wayne County Dog Shelter! He’s ready for someone to give him the love he deserves. Adoption questionnaire & information: https://www.waynedogshelter.org/adoption-questionnaire
