Hank 11 months, neutered male, 13 lb Dachshund mix LIKES: Sleeping on a lap, playing fetch, chewy toys, all people! DISLIKES: Baths and bedtime. He tolerates both but would rather be snuggling! PERSONALITY TRAITS: Hank is a sweet, smart guy who is eager to please and adjusts easily to a family routine. He loves people of all ages and craves attention and touch. POTTY TRAINING STATUS: Hank prefers to potty outside and doesn’t have an issue inside when taken often after getting used to his family’s routine. He will hold his potty while in a crate overnight. He does like to mark trees and bushes regularly outside, but no issues in the house. CRATE TRAINING STATUS: Hank is very used to a crate. He sleeps in his crate overnight and spends time there during the day when he is home without people. He gives a loud initial appeal, whining for just a few minutes, but he settles quickly. EXTRAS/MISC.: Hank is a bit barky with the outdoor cats at his foster home, but he redirects well. He loves to play chase with other dogs. He happily wears a collar, harness, and leash but walking on a leash is still a work in progress.
