About Romeow

Meet Romeow, a charming adult cat with a big personality and an even bigger heart, currently seeking his forever home in La Barge, WY. This 7-year-old American Shorthair combines affection with a playful spirit. He has spent much of his life as a treasured only cat, but after his previous owner entered hospice care, he found himself looking for a new loving family. Romeow is quite the conversationalist, always ready to share stories as he greets you at the door. He loves to curl up in a lap, keep you warm at night, and occasionally remind you when he craves attention with a gentle paw tap. Despite his age, he has the playful energy of a kitten, thoroughly enjoying games like ambushing unsuspecting feet from under the bed or chasing a string toy. Though Romeow enjoys affection, he knows his limits. He doesn't appreciate unwanted petting or being overwhelmed. Romeow would do best in a patient home where someone understands feline boundaries; therefore, he is not suitable for homes with young children. While he has learned to coexist with other cats, he prefers to be your one and only, relishing uninterrupted love from his human. Romeow is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and has great litter box habits. If you appreciate an expressive and loving companion, Romeow might just be the perfect match for you.
