*****SADIE AND PUDDIN - A BONDED PAIR***** FIRST STEPS: Please visit https://www.save-a-mutt.org/adoption-application/ to fill out an application - a Petfinder Inquiry is not the adoption process. We don't do meet and greets until applications have been approved. All our dogs are located IN Washington State. We are a local foster home based rescue. Sadie and Puddin are positively delightful sisters who are dreaming of a home for the holidays. They are tender hearted and kind and they love will all their heart. They are affectionate with people and they make friends wherever they go. They just need a warm lap and a cozy blanket and they'll be ready to welcome the day. These girls are such special little angels. Sadie and Puddin are good with other dogs and would be fine in a home with other small dogs that possess the same respectful demeanor that they possess. They are happily being fostered with gentle children and welcome the soft pets and warm hugs that dog savvy children can bring. These little old ladies can sometimes struggle with stairs, therefore, they will need a home without them. Sadie and Puddin have excellent house manners and you can take them anywhere. Sadie and Puddin recently received a Senior Wellness Exam with bloodwork. They also received dentals with extractions. Sadie was diagnosed with a Grade 5 heart murmur and has been prescribed Vetmedin. This medication will manage her heart health and will need to be taken lifelong in addition to yearly exams to monitor her heart health. Sadie and Puddin will require regular grooming to keep them feeling and looking their absolute best. Potential adopters should be prepared for this expense. Sadie is 14 years old and weighs 9 pounds. Puddin is 14 years old and weighs 7 pounds. Please note, we have approximately a 200 mile adoption radius from Stanwood WA for our Senior Dogs. Save-A-Mutt may limit this distance based on the long term needs of this pet. We don’t adopt out of state except to the Vancouver BC area. We don’t ship dogs. Once approved you must pick them up in Snohomish County, WA. Canadian adopters must be able to come to Stanwood WA to pick up their dog.
