About Miso

Meet Miso, the adorable dog ready to spice up your life! This friendly young Mastiff first made his appearance at PACC in 2021 and, after a brief journey, returned as a stray in late 2024. Miso faced the challenges of critical shelter overcrowding but had the fortune of spending time in a loving foster home. During his stay, he proved to be housebroken and quickly learned the ropes of using a doggy door. When left alone, he enjoys some quiet time, snoozing comfortably. Affectionate and calm, Miso loves to cuddle, often opting to crawl into your lap for some close time, though he's happy to adjust if your lap doesn't offer enough space. He’s a fantastic car companion, staying quietly in the backseat or snuggling with his head in your lap if allowed. This energetic boy would thrive in an active household where adventure is part of the daily routine. He is more people-oriented in playgroup settings, so it’s best for him to meet any resident dogs to ensure they’ll hit it off. Miso is one of the biggest cuddle bugs, and it’s easy to see why he has so many fans at the shelter. With a pleasant demeanor and a fluffy coat that invites petting, he’s ready to find a forever home. Ask to meet Miso today!
