About Clumsy

Clumsy is a gentle, shy dog who came to the shelter with his siblings back in 2023. He has been working hard to regain his confidence after a brief adoption. Volunteers note that he's a sensitive soul who takes his time to trust people. While he might not be ready for too much affection initially, he's been known to nudge a hand or give a lick when he feels comfortable. Currently at Pima Animal Care Center, Clumsy needs a stable environment where he can continue to grow. He walks well on a leash and loves treats, which can help form a bond with him. Since Clumsy can be selective about other dogs, it's important to bring any resident pets for a meet-and-greet. His future family will need to be patient and kind, allowing him to approach at his own pace. Clumsy is looking for a dedicated adopter who understands his needs. If you have experience with shy dogs and are willing to provide the time and training he deserves, don’t hesitate to visit him at PACC. Click apply to start the adoption process.
