Cosmo is a friendly guy who first arrived at PACC as a stray back in 2022. In his most recent home, he got along well with small dogs and was described as an affectionate and playful companion. He enjoys toys, car rides, and spending quality time with his favorite humans. Though he may take some time to warm up to new people, once you’re in his circle, consider yourself lucky—this boy is as sweet as they come. A volunteer shared, “Cosmo is one of my favorites. He adjusted quickly back at the shelter and is affectionate and loving with his friends here. He’s easy to leash and walk, and just a gentle soul with a big heart. He loves being petted and cuddling close.” Cosmo shares his kennel happily with another pup, and he’s generally easygoing in meet-and-greets with other dogs.
