Sunny is a beautiful 5-year-old Chow Chow who is learning that people aren’t so bad after all. She is under-socialized and may need some time to warm up, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet and affectionate personality really shines. Once Sunny decides you’re her friend, she’ll happily nudge you for pets and even let you know when she’s ready for more with a little whine. And belly rubs? Those are definitely the way to her heart! Sunny is also learning how to walk on a leash, but she’s perfectly content enjoying the simple things in life—especially lounging outside and soaking up the sunshine. Sunny will need a patient adopter who is willing to give her the time and space she needs to build trust and confidence.
