Diego is a handsome 9-month-old German Shepherd with lots of puppy energy and a big world to explore! This rambunctious young guy is still learning his manners and will need a committed adopter who is ready to help him grow into the amazing dog he has the potential to be. Diego would benefit from continued training, positive reinforcement, and plenty of opportunities to socialize and experience new things in a safe, positive way. He’s still a puppy in a big body, so he’ll need someone who can provide structure, consistency, exercise, and patience as he learns how to navigate the world. Because of his high energy and enthusiastic personality, a home with adults or older, dog-savvy children would likely be the best fit. His exuberance may be a little too much for younger kids. Diego is looking for someone who understands that young dogs need time, guidance, and commitment to become their best selves. If you’re ready to take on the fun and challenges of raising a young German Shepherd, Diego could be the companion you’ve been looking for!
