About Simba

Simba arrived at the shelter as a stray and is now looking for a forever home. This young male German Shepherd mix is around 6 months old and is known for his love of people and playtime with other dogs. Although we are still assessing his house and crate training, Simba gets along well with staff and other dogs, which bodes well for his future in a welcoming environment. It's worth noting that we have yet to evaluate how he interacts with children, so families should consider this as they think about adoption. Simba will be available for adoption on November 25, 2025, and we encourage all interested adopters to act quickly, as he will be placed on a first come, first serve basis starting at 8:00 AM that day. You can check in the day before to confirm his availability. To adopt, don’t forget that transport arrangements are the adopter's responsibility. Let's help Simba find the loving home he deserves! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
