Colton is a handsome 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog who needs a new place to call home while he waits for his forever family.

When Colton first arrived at the county shelter, he was frightened and unsure of his surroundings. But with a little patience, he began showing his affectionate side, leaning against his handlers for comfort, gently taking treats, and settling at their feet just to be close. Colton is a sensitive, intelligent boy who would do well with a patient foster who can offer him some stability, consistency, and a little understanding.

He's neutered, has lived peacefully with cats, and would do best in a home with adults or older teens. No young children, please.

Colton also knows some basic commands: sit, stay, lay down, come, kennel, and go potty
Please visit our website www.rescuestreet.com to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.
