Penny has had a rough life. Penny was originally brought in as a stray to Loving Paws a little over a year ago, she was adopted out to a family we had thought would be her forever family....sadly not. They no longer could care for Penny so they abandoned her with a family friend. Long story short, that family friend is fostering Penny until we can TRULY find her forever home. This is a sad story for such a loving girl. Her foster parents say she was abandoned in very poor condition and was very scared, nervous, anxious, and fearful, which was NOT the same behavior from the Penny we adopted out originally. We are dedicated to finding Bella a true family to love and care for her unconditionally.All animals must be neutered/spayed prior to finalization of adoption. All animals will be microchipped and have the appropriate vaccinations for the age of the animal. All animals will be treated for worms and flea/tick prevention.
