This happy boy may be six years old, but he still has plenty of playful energy and tail wags in him!

Arlo is a friendly, curious boy who is a true treat fan and loves meeting new people. He is social, affectionate, and snuggly, and he has a wonderful ability to match the vibe of the room perfectly.

Arlo loves fetch, tug, toys, car rides, and exploring outside. When it's time to relax, he is just as happy hanging out and cuddling with his people. He's house-trained, does well when left alone, and is perfectly content entertaining himself with toys when his people are busy. He knows Sit, responds well to treats and redirection, and is learning great manners around doors, meals, and walks.

Arlo can be a little nervous around loud noises, large groups, or unfamiliar situations, but he usually looks to his person for reassurance and settles quickly. He has a great balance of playful energy and calm, cuddly time, and he has been an incredibly easy and lovable dog to foster.

At the shelter, Arlo appeared to be previously under-socialized with other dogs and has a gentle play style while he's figuring it all out.

Arlo is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines. Arlo is living in a foster home. If you would like to meet him, please reach out to foster@kcpetproject.org. ...
