Meet Micky, a 6-month-old, 15-pound French Bulldog mix with a whole lot of charm! Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, Micky finds himself searching for a new family. His current family has fallen on difficult times, facing job loss and personal challenges. As much as they love him, they’ve made the heartbreaking decision to find him a home where he can receive the time, attention, and financial stability he deserves. Micky is still just a puppy, with so much growing, learning, and exploring ahead of him! We’re hoping to find someone who will give this adorable little guy the love, patience, and lifelong commitment every puppy deserves. With his one-of-a-kind looks, oversized ears, and scruffy little beard, Micky is guaranteed to turn heads wherever he goes! A Little About Frenchies & Their Special Care Needs While Micky is a mix, his family was told by his breeder he has French Bulldog in him, and we want potential adopters to understand what that may mean for his long-term care. French Bulldogs are adorable, but they’re also a breed that can be prone to certain health complications, including breathing difficulties, spinal issues, allergies, and heat sensitivity. Some of these conditions may develop or become more noticeable as they get older. Although being a mix may influence his individual health risks, we want Micky’s future family to be prepared for the possibility of additional veterinary expenses and specialized care throughout his lifetime. We’re looking for an adopter who understands that bringing home a Frenchie is more than falling in love with an adorable face. It means being financially and emotionally prepared to provide preventative veterinary care, monitor for potential health concerns, and make accommodations if needed. Micky deserves a family who will love him just as much at 10 years old as they do at 6 months, even if his needs change along the way.
