About Judy

Meet Judy, a ten-year-old feline with a personality as big as her history. She's got the charm of a throw pillow yet radiates wisdom like a cat who's seen it all. Judy has been through a lot, being surrendered twice—first after nine years with her original family, then again less than a year later. At this point, we’re keeping her plans for next April under wraps, as both surrenders coincidentally happened then. Now with us in her third family, Judy deserves a permanent home. She's not fond of dogs or children and prefers the quieter side of life. Initially, she sought refuge under the rocking chair, observing her new environment like a seasoned professor critiquing a poorly made documentary. Thankfully, she warmed up to my daughter and found comfort in a classic horror film. Judy has developed an affectionate bond, following my daughter around and meowing like a project manager needing an urgent status update. She has the grace of royalty, remaining indifferent to the other pets in the house, including two small dogs and three resident cats, tolerating them with a regal air. What Judy really needs is a peaceful home, away from raucous grandchildren and busy roommates. A quieter environment would be ideal, preferably with a calm companion cat or no other pets at all. This lovely lady understands that sometimes affection means sitting quietly nearby and silently judging your life choices. She has a wealth of love to give, but only on her terms.
