About Maddie

Meet Maddie, a remarkable senior Domestic Long Hair in search of a gentle home. She has overcome tremendous challenges; after coming to us in rough shape, it was discovered that she suffered injuries possibly from hiding under a car hood, which led to significant trauma to her face and a severe sinus infection. Thanks to her recent intensive care, including draining her sinus and removing a few teeth, Maddie has made an incredible recovery. A month later, she's healed beautifully, free of medications, and ready to find her forever family. Despite her sweet nature, Maddie does need space when she's feeling overwhelmed. She may give a gentle scratch or nip if touched for too long, a clear sign that she needs a bit of distance rather than aggression. A quieter, calmer environment would be ideal for her. With understanding and patience, Maddie will continue to flourish, embracing a life filled with love and comfort. She is spayed, vaccinated, and fully house trained. Maddie is looking for an adult-only home where she can truly feel safe and loved on her own terms. If you think you can provide her with the understanding she deserves, consider making her a part of your family. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
