Akko - 23893 - Kennel 56 - Arrived November 5, 2026 - Golden Retriever/Miniature Poodle mix - white and apricot - female - 9 months old - 40 lbs (estimated adult weight 45-55 lbs) - Will be spayed prior to adoption - Up to date on vaccines - Heartworm negative Akko is simply precious. Her soft, fluffy coat is like cotton, white with warm apricot ears and patches, and her dark eyes and open-mouthed smile are full of sweetness. It is hard to meet her and not want to run your hands through all that softness. Akko arrived at Cobb Animal Services on November 5, 2026, after an allergy in her previous home meant she could not stay. At 9 months old and 40 pounds, she is still a puppy with her whole life ahead of her. Based on her size and build, we estimate she’ll grow to around 45 to 55 pounds, and the person who adopts her will be there for the rest of her growing up. She is sweet, and she already knows sit, stay, and down. She even gives paw. She is house trained, and she gets along well with both children and dogs, so she is ready to fit into nearly any household. A puppy with manners like hers is a joy to bring home, and she is eager to keep learning. Akko is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and will be spayed before she goes home. A kennel isn’t where a sweet, soft girl like Akko belongs. She is ready for a family who will give her a place of her own and plenty of belly rubs and cuddles. Come meet Akko in kennel 56.
